I am familiar with that project! if I’m not mistaken it’s actually a representation of the fires that were started by bombing attacks that occurred on a specific day in WWII. I think it’s a much more interesting monument than a statue or a plaque, and I hope to see more creative monuments like this one popping up around the world.
